Those who receive their complimentary 5-day foundation sample will also get an exclusive discount to use. Please note, as this is an online order placed through DCYPHER.com you will not be able to take the full size home with you.

Unfortunately The Complexion Concierge has steps going in and out of the airstream and due to the internal build there isn’t enough space to make it fully accessible. However, the team on the day can help you get shade matched outside of the airstream so you can still get your complimentary 5-day sample.

No you don’t need tickets to come, it’s free for everyone. However, we do expect queues so please note we will serve on a first-come first-served basis.

We will be prepared for all British weather! We’ll have umbrellas on the day but we suggest you pack your own just in case.

There’s no need to arrive bare-faced – we’ll have makeup remover on hand so we can clear a small area for an accurate skin-tone scan. Afterwards, our matchmakers will seamlessly reapply your personalised foundation match to where it’s been removed. Please note, we won’t be doing full makeovers.
