The Process

If you’re not 100% happy with your My Custom Foundation, Concealer or Drops, we’ve got you covered. Our Match Guarantee means that if your product doesn’t perfectly match your skin tone, we’ll remake it for you completely free of charge. You’re entitled to a refund or adjustment request within 28 days of delivery - even if the product has been opened.
