If your personalised product isn’t quite right when it arrives, we’ll adjust it – free of charge – until you’re happy. Still not satisfied? We’ll refund you. No fuss.

• Adjustments Not a perfect match? We’ll reformulate and send you a new one – completely free. You can request up to two adjustments within 28 days of receiving your product (or your last adjustment). Just fill in the form on our contact page.
• Refunds Changed your mind? No problem. You can request to return your product for a refund within 28 days of delivery – even if the product’s been used. No questions asked.
