Ruth spent 15 years inside the industry, from major houses like LVMH to disruptive brands like Charlotte Tilbury and UOMA Beauty. She saw the gap between what brands promised and what they could actually deliver. Shade ranges expanded to 50, 70, even 100 options – but the fundamental problem remained: mass production can't create products for individuals.
