Gift Card

Gifts don't get any more personal than a Gift Card for Mixed to Measure Cosmetics.

Gift Cards are redeemable against all products including Custom Cosmetics and our specially curated sets - where 15% can be saved compared to buying the products individually.

Once purchased, we will email an electronic Gift Card, which you can share with the recipient.

They will then be able to go online and customise their very own Mixed to Measure Cosmetics before using the code on the Gift Card at the checkout. 

My Custom Foundation, Concealer & Drops

If you’re not 100% happy with your My Custom Foundation, Concealer or Drops, we’ve got you covered. Our Perfect Match Promise means that if your product doesn’t perfectly match your skin tone, we’ll remake it for you completely free of charge. You’re entitled to a refund or adjustment request within 28 days of delivery - even if the product has been opened.

• Refunds: Requests must be submitted within 28 days of the product being delivered. No questions asked – we’ll refund whether the product has been used or not.
• Adjustments: If your product isn’t a perfect match, we’ll remake it and send it to you free of charge. You can request up to two adjustments within 28 days of receiving your product (or your last adjustment). Just use our adjustment request form at Dcypher.com/adjustments.

Brushes & Primers

We can only accept returns of faulty items or unopened, unengraved brushes and primers. Non-faulty items must still have their security seal fully intact to be eligible for a refund.

We offer free shipping within the UK, EU and the USA.

• Each product is made to order, so please allow 1-2 business days for dispatch.
• Once dispatched, international delivery typically takes 7-10 days, though this is not guaranteed.
• Most orders are tracked. You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped. You can use this to track your delivery.
