Gifts don't get any more personal than a Gift Card for Mixed to Measure Cosmetics.
Gift Cards are redeemable against all products including Custom Cosmetics and our specially curated sets - where 15% can be saved compared to buying the products individually.
Once purchased, we will email an electronic Gift Card, which you can share with the recipient.
They will then be able to go online and customise their very own Mixed to Measure Cosmetics before using the code on the Gift Card at the checkout.

Exchange
If you are unhappy with My Custom Foundation, Concealer or Drops we offer our Perfect Match Promise. If, in the unlikely event, your My Custom Foundation, Concealer, or Drops don’t 100% match your skin tone, we’ll not only remake your product but send it to you completely free of charge.
Please contact us via the help form or at help@dcypher.me and we will arrange a new product to be sent out to you.
Returns
You are entitled to a refund on My Custom Foundation, Concealer or Drops, even when opened, if you are not happy.
Please note, our makeup brushes cannot be returned unless faulty.
For returns simply contact us and let us know what product you would like to return on the help form or at help@dcypher.me .
We will send you a returns label and issue a refund for your product (excluding shipping).

Shipping
We currently provide shipping to addresses within the UK, European Union and the USA.
We make every product uniquely so it can take 1-2 business days to make and dispatch your product.

Delivery times may vary but most international orders will arrive within 7-10 working days, however this is not guaranteed.
