HOW TO USE
Squeeze a small amount of Lid Elixir onto the back of your hand. Pick up with the No. 2 Brush and sweep across the eyelid, blending upward into the crease for a soft, lifted effect. Keep lids closed and still while the formula sets. Allow to dry fully before opening eyes and do not rub.
