Add a small amount of Luminous Light Primer onto the back of your hand. Add your Custom Complexion Drops based on your desired coverage, then mix using the end of a makeup brush or your fingers. Blend seamlessly onto the skin. For areas needing extra coverage, simply add more drops over your complexion where needed.
