My Custom Foundation, Concealer, Drops & Glow Booster
If your custom product doesn't perfectly match your skin tone, we'll remake it for free with our Shade Match Guarantee . You have 14 days from delivery to let us know - even if you've opened and used it.
Here's how it works:
- Your shade doesn't match? We'll take on your feedback, remake a new shade and send it to you free of charge. Request your shade adjustment within 14 days of receiving your order at dcypher.com/adjustments.
- Adjustments still not quite right? You have 14 days from receiving your adjusted product to request a full refund.
- Faulty product? We'll make it right. Request a replacement or refund within 14 days of delivery.
RETURNS
Brushes, Primers & Our Brand Partners (REESON, KEATS, No.98)
Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery for:
- Faulty items (opened or unopened)
- Unopened, un-engraved products with security seal intact
Please note, unopened, non-faulty brushes and primers, REESON/KEATS/No.98 products, or engraved brushes, cannot be returned.
Sets
Any sets featuring third-party brands are eligible for one complimentary shade adjustment for your personalised DCYPHER Beauty complexion product. The adjustment must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
All sets are sold as a single item, therefore individual products cannot be returned separately for a refund.
If you receive a faulty item, the entire set must be returned with all products unopened and unused, in accordance with your statutory rights.
