Shipping

• Shipping is free on all orders.
• Every bottle of Custom Foundation is individually made to match you perfectly, so dispatch can take a little longer than standard orders - but we promise it’s worth the wait.
• We currently provide shipping to addresses within the UK, European Union and United States (excluding California).
• Delivery times may vary but most international orders will arrive within 5-10 working days, however this is not guaranteed.
• Most of our shipments are tracked, you can track status of your order through your confirmation email or message us at help@dcypher.me for more information on where your order is.
