Shipping

• If you have ordered during our Spring Sale, please be aware that shipping times may be longer than usual due to the high volume of orders. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, with tracking information included. Thank you so much for your patience. We promise it'll be worth the slightly longer wait.
• Shipping is free on all orders.
• We currently provide shipping to addresses within the UK, European Union and United States (excluding California).
• Delivery times may vary but most international orders will arrive within 5-10 working days, however this is not guaranteed.
• Most of our shipments are tracked, you can track status of your order through your confirmation email or message us at help@dcypher.me for more information on where your order is.
