My Custom Foundation, Concealer & Drops

If you’re not 100% happy with your My Custom Foundation, Concealer or Drops, we’ve got you covered. Our Perfect Match Promise means that if your product doesn’t perfectly match your skin tone, we’ll remake it for you completely free of charge. You’re entitled to a refund or adjustment request within 28 days of delivery - even if the product has been opened.

• Refunds: Requests must be submitted within 28 days of the product being delivered. No questions asked – we’ll refund whether the product has been used or not.
• Adjustments: If your product isn’t a perfect match, we’ll remake it and send it to you free of charge. You can request up to two adjustments within 28 days of receiving your product (or your last adjustment). Just use our adjustment request form at Dcypher.com/adjustments.

Brushes & Primers

We can only accept returns of faulty items or unopened, unengraved brushes and primers. Non-faulty items must still have their security seal fully intact to be eligible for a refund.

Check that your My Custom Foundation is perfectly matched by applying it in natural daylight to your jawline and blending seamlessly into your skin. For a flawless application, the Foundation Brush to blend the foundation, building coverage as desired. To create a bespoke tinted moisturiser, dispense a few drops into your preferred moisturiser. Mix well before applying to the skin for a natural, radiant finish. To enhance your My Custom Foundation coverage, apply the drops directly to your foundation, mix, and blend seamlessly onto your skin. Use the precision dropper for accurate application, adjusting the number of drops for your desired coverage level. Use the Concealer Brush to blend concealer for a flawless, airbrushed finish, and the Small Buffer Brush for targeted coverage in hard-to-reach areas like under the eyes or around the nose. Finish with the Powder Brush to set your makeup with a soft, even sweep of powder. To clean your brushes, gently wet the bristles with warm water and swirl in your hand with a sensitive, fragrance-free soap. Rinse while holding the brush facing downwards under the tap until the water runs clear - be careful not to get water into the base of the brush, as this can loosen the glue and cause damage over time. Gently squeeze out any excess water with a clean towel and leave the brush to dry flat, ideally with the bristles hanging over the edge of a surface.
