If you are unhappy with My Custom Foundation, Concealer or Drops we offer our Perfect Match Promise. If, in the unlikely event, your My Custom Foundation, Concealer, or Drops don’t 100% match your skin tone, we’ll not only remake your product but send it to you completely free of charge.

Please contact us via the help form or at help@dcypher.me and we will arrange a new product to be sent out to you.

Returns
You are entitled to a refund on My Custom Foundation, Concealer or Drops, even when opened, if you are not happy.

Please note, our makeup brushes cannot be returned unless faulty. 

For returns simply contact us and let us know what product you would like to return on the help form or at help@dcypher.me .

We will send you a returns label and issue a refund for your product (excluding shipping).

We currently provide shipping to addresses within the UK, European Union and the USA.

We make every product uniquely so it can take 1-2 business days to make and dispatch your product.

Check that your My Custom Foundation is perfectly matched by applying it in natural daylight to your jawline and blending seamlessly into your skin. For a flawless application, use a brush, sponge, or fingers to blend the foundation, building coverage as desired.

To create a bespoke tinted moisturiser, dispense a few drops into your preferred moisturiser. Mix well before applying to the skin for a natural, radiant finish. To enhance your My Custom Foundation coverage, apply the drops directly to your foundation, mix, and blend seamlessly onto your skin. Use the precision dropper for accurate application, adjusting the number of drops for your desired coverage level.
