RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

Exchange
If you are unhappy with My Custom Foundation, Concealer or Drops we offer our Perfect Match Promise. If, in the unlikely event, your My Custom Foundation, Concealer, or Drops don’t 100% match your skin tone, we’ll not only remake your product but send it to you completely free of charge.

Please contact us via the help form or at help@dcypher.me and we will arrange a new product to be sent out to you.

Returns
You are entitled to a refund on My Custom Foundation, Concealer or Drops, even when opened, if you are not happy.

Please note, our makeup brushes cannot be returned unless faulty. 

For returns simply contact us and let us know what product you would like to return on the help form or at help@dcypher.me .

We will send you a returns label and issue a refund for your product (excluding shipping).

We currently provide shipping to addresses within the UK, European Union and the USA.

We make every product uniquely so it can take 1-2 business days to make and dispatch your product.

Delivery times may vary but most international orders will arrive within 7-10 working days, however this is not guaranteed.

Most of our shipments are tracked, you can track status of your order through your confirmation email or message us at help@dcypher.me for more information on where your order is.

Check that your My Custom Foundation is perfectly matched by applying it in natural daylight to your jawline and blending seamlessly into your skin. For a flawless application, the Foundation Brush to blend the foundation, building coverage as desired. Apply the Skin Tone Match Concealer to areas where you need extra coverage, and use the Brightening formula under the eyes or on the brow bone to lighten and lift. Use the Concealer Brush to blend concealer for a flawless, airbrushed finish, and the Small Buffer Brush for targeted coverage in hard-to-reach areas like under the eyes or around the nose. Finish with the Powder Brush to set your makeup with a soft, even sweep of powder.
