Each bottle of My Custom Foundation is uniquely formulated to match your skin tone, skin type, and preferences. Our custom-made foundation is lightweight, breathable, and long-lasting, ensuring a naturally flawless look. The hydrating foundation formula is enriched with skin-loving ingredients like Hyaluronic Acid known to hydrate and plump your skin, Glycerin which helps to lock in moisture for all-day hydration and Caesalpinia Spinosa Fruit and Kappaphycus Alvarezii extracts which combine to create a protective, lifting, and natural second-skin finish. Our vegan foundation is also cruelty-free, fragrance-free, and paraben-free. Plus, with free adjustments available, you can be confident your foundation is always a perfect match.

Understanding Your Skin Type:
- Oily/Combination Skin: Excess shine, particularly in the T-zone (forehead, nose, and chin), while other areas may feel dry or normal

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

Exchange
If you are unhappy with My Custom Foundation, Concealer or Drops we offer our Perfect Match Promise. If, in the unlikely event, your My Custom Foundation, Concealer, or Drops don’t 100% match your skin tone, we’ll not only remake your product but send it to you completely free of charge.

Please contact us via the help form or at help@dcypher.me and we will arrange a new product to be sent out to you.

Returns
You are entitled to a refund on My Custom Foundation, Concealer or Drops, even when opened, if you are not happy.

Please note, our makeup brushes cannot be returned unless faulty. 

For returns simply contact us and let us know what product you would like to return on the help form or at help@dcypher.me .

We will send you a returns label and issue a refund for your product (excluding shipping). 

Shipping

We currently provide shipping to addresses within the UK, European Union and the USA.

We make every product uniquely so it can take 1-2 business days to make and dispatch your product.

Delivery times may vary but most international orders will arrive within 7-10 working days, however this is not guaranteed.

Most of our shipments are tracked, you can track status of your order through your confirmation email or message us at help@dcypher.me for more information on where your order is.

Check that your My Custom Foundation is perfectly matched by applying it in natural daylight to your jawline and blending seamlessly into your skin.

For a flawless application, use a brush, sponge, or fingers to blend the foundation, building coverage as desired.
