Adjustment - My Custom Concealer

The brand-new My Custom Concealer uses the same world-first AI-powered technology as our Custom Foundations and Coverage Drops to create a concealer in your unique shade.

We didn’t want to create a Concealer that simply conceals, so we created different options for different uses!

Brightening Concealer - creates a lighter shade to brighten the under eyes - you can also use this as an eyeshadow primer or to define your brows.

Skin Tone Match Concealer - use this colour-matched formula to easily conceal blemishes, dark circles, and hyperpigmentation.

Used with the concealer’s unique doe-foot applicator - angled to move and adapt to the contours of the face - or the precision concealer brush, part of our Complexion Brush Set, you can achieve a flawless application every time.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

Exchange
If you are unhappy with My Custom Foundation, Concealer or Drops we offer our Perfect Match Promise. If, in the unlikely event, your My Custom Foundation, Concealer, or Drops don’t 100% match your skin tone, we’ll not only remake your product but send it to you completely free of charge.

Please contact us via the help form or at help@dcypher.me and we will arrange a new product to be sent out to you.

Returns
You are entitled to a refund on My Custom Foundation, Concealer or Drops, even when opened, if you are not happy.

Please note, our makeup brushes cannot be returned unless faulty. 

For returns simply contact us and let us know what product you would like to return on the help form or at help@dcypher.me .

We will send you a returns label and issue a refund for your product (excluding shipping). 

Shipping

We currently provide shipping to addresses within the UK, European Union and the USA.

We make every product uniquely so it can take 1-2 business days to make and dispatch your product.

Delivery times may vary but most international orders will arrive within 7-10 working days, however this is not guaranteed.

Most of our shipments are tracked, you can track status of your order through your confirmation email or message us at help@dcypher.me for more information on where your order is.

Concealer
The best way to apply concealer depends on how much coverage you need, as well as the overall look you want to achieve.

Achieve fuller coverage with a brush and lighter coverage with a sponge or your fingers. Whatever tool you choose, apply your concealer gradually, using gentle bouncing motions to layer it up.

For serious imperfections or discolouration, we recommend applying concealer prior to foundation, and topping up afterwards as needed. If your imperfections are smaller, apply your base first.

Just remember that less is more. Be careful not to overload your skin – the key is to let your natural beauty shine.
